Digital India — Regard csc id-pmgdisha Id was hack by dm without my permision and he give my id to another person

this site radheshyam shah from vill+p.o-kehunia, panchayat-kehunia roari ps-shikarpur, block narkatiagan, west champaran bihar pin cod 845453, my csc id is[protected], i want to say that my pmgdhisha id was misuse by dm and he gave my id to another person without my permission .

kindly take an action towards dm, an solve my problem as soon as possible .
