Digital Service — disturbing through phone call and asking unnecessary amount

I had do typing work for digital service online i had submitted but they told me that my qc report had faied and they took7700 from me and now they are again calling me through the mobile number and asking to attend court of indian council of arbitration new delhi and saying if i do not did the same they will call the police and issue arrest warrant against me they are threatning thorugh phone calls from this number [protected] please help me sir
