Digital Seva Kendra — is fake or real organisation

Greetings of the day,

I am Yashaswini from Bangalore (Karnataka ), currently searching for a job. During my job search, I had uploaded my resumes in website and applied for the jobs. On 13th November 2018 I got a call from [protected] SHEETAL HR OF DIGITAL SEVA KENDRA regarding job vacancy in Digital Seva Kendra run by Govt of India(what she informed). Person who had called me told salary package will be Rs.30, 000 / to Rs.40, 000/ per month. As I was in search for the job I accepted their offer and Sheetal told that there will be online exam and I have to pay Rs.1550 for the online exam. She sent me a link to pay it online and I had done the payment through JD pay. Later on 17th November 2018 I took the online exam and I passed in exams and I scored 63 out of 100. I have attached the result details. After passing the exam they told me to pay me Rs.18, 900 as security deposit and I was also informed it will be refunded after the training. She sent me link on 19th November to pay it online, payment was done on 19th November 2018 through JDpay. I got an offer letter from Digital Seva Kendra on 19th November (A Govt of India under taking organization) DIGITAL BHAWAN SECTOR 34, CHANDIGARH, 160022, attached offer letter for your reference. As they had offered they had appointed me for the position of “Digital Seva Officer” for a tenure of 25 (twenty- five only) years, (i.e.[protected], at a monthly remuneration of Rs.40, 000/- (Rs. Forty thousand only) and my training date was 30/11/2018 . She told me they will send a link and I have to install the software and the training will be for 3 months and I have to work online at home. I felt happy for the same. But later they told to call the contact number which is provided in the offer letter ph [protected]. But if we call this number it always comes switched off and if we call the person who offered me the job i.e., Sheetal Ph : [protected] they do not reply they put the call on hold and cut the call and they do not reply properly. Till date I have not received any updates regarding the job or my money.I have lost my money of Rs.20450.Please i want my money back.

Brother its completely fake. I got the same call to write an exam by paying 1, 550 but after seeing your complaint i called as asked about security deposit of 18, 900 they disconnected and stopped called back.

Its completely fake dont pay anything to them.

Yes I agree..it's really fake and they cheated ..I have registered and deposited 1550. And they was no response to any of the number and mail communication...don't believe ..please government sector officials should take necessary steps to stop this scam people.

even i have lost the amount of 1550 paid to digital seva kendra but i have some valid details of the people who called me if anyone can guide me complaint to proper officials.

How can you be so stupid to pay the security deposit amount? Obviously it"s fake. Please report this to your nearest police station and cyber cell immediately to have any chances of getting the money back.

I faced same situation today as they asked for ₹1650 for online exam however I doubted them I didn't pay a Re. as once I filled form and submitted they sent a link to make payment.I want to thank truecaller as the no. reflected as fake.I also have issues with shine.com as they got my profile from shine.com earlier in 2016 when I was fresher I got call from some Anil to pay Rs 2500 for telephonic interview from TATA motors.

I also received this type call from this number [protected] to pay Rs.1650 to get the job of customer service officer.But I did not paid the amount due to the doubt full follow up to give a job and thats too with the huge package.

I also got cheated in the name of digital seva Kendra, I lost my money 1650 rs. Any one help me to get back my money.
