Digitalcodes.in is a scamster website that will rip you off for counterfeit, used or blocked keys. Stay away from it.

Illegal. They sell mak keys which can be used to activate multiple computers on an enterprise environment. As soon as ms detects that they are misusing, the product key is blocked.
You can try amazon or flipkart to see if you get a good deal on oem licenses (Some restrictions though) but officially you need to look at microsoft store if you want to go via the official ms way.
