Hi,
I have placed an order with Digitek.net.in for 3 products in one order. I have received 2 new products and received 1 used product for which I have raised an issue, for which they asked me to send the product back, but after several follow-ups they have sent the same product saying it is a replacement. But after that they are not responding to my mails and messages.
