Digitlogics — I want refund

I would like to bring in your notice that I have booked a ticket from delhi-Bangalore-delhi for a weekend from 11th Nov departure and return on 12th Nov 2017 to meet my fiancee who was leaving from bangalore to US after our engagement. I wanted to go to banaglore to say good bye to him as he was going for a year. my meeting with my fiancee was very precious and I was going first time to bangalore just for my fiancee to say bye to him. Also 13th Nov was my office to report in some very important meeting.
However, when I start my journey and reached airport at the boarding counter I was 35 minutes before of departure while carrying a small carry on trolley bag with me. Staff of vistara at the delhi airport was little helpful to provide my boarding pass to board the flight.
Therefore, my worst experience starts while taking the return flight. When I arrived before 40 minutes of departure at the bangalore airport on boarding counter to get boarding pass to board the flight quicky.
I was simply, arrogantly, rudely and unprofessionally denied to give my boarding pass as I was not before 45 minutes and immidiately they asked me to take next flight which was after 5 hours with the cost of 10 thousands rupees. I was completely shocked and stunned to hear that and asked them to allow me as it’s a matter of 5 minutes, as I was already at the counter before 40 minutes and had no checked in luggage.
I also told them while coming from delhi to bangalore I got my boarding pass before 30 minutes and have boarded the plane peacefully then why there is a big hassle when I am 40 minutes before to take my flight.
Still no body from the vistara airline staff helped me, just refused to give my boarding pass and did not allow me to board the plane and no staff was at the counter was helpful. They left the counter and were walking here and there but least bother to entertain the passenger who was standing at the counter to understand my condition.
None of the staff talked to me.. just ignored me on my face and left me alone at the counter without helping me.
I was all alone at the airport and had no clue what to do next, I felt like crying as that city was new for me and I had no more money with me in cash or in my account, my fiancee also was already left from the same airport to US from whom I could take help for a new flight.
I again walked up to vistara ticketing counter from boarding counter as one of the staffs advised me to go there and checked with them if they can allow. I spoke to a girl she was the only girl who was there in that ticketing cabin counter and was already on call. I waited and when she got free she was more unhelpful and said next flight is 10 thousands rupees as this flight borading time is close. I told I was already on time but because o[censored]n-cooperative and unhelpful staff I am just roaming here and there instead taking my flight from the departure gate.
But as like others staff she was not responding, all staff seems were on MAUN FAST. no body was talking and dealing me in a proper manner to come across to any solution. I simply wanted to take my flight but because of non handling the passenger I was roaming here and there with tension and all stressed.
This experience was really paining, stressful and horrible for me as I didn’t even got my refund for the flight. All happened because of the behaviour of your careless staff at the bangalore airport and extremely unhelpful and unprofessional who did not even speak to the passenger properly and left from the counter while leaving the passenger alone.
I WANT REFUND for the return flight and justification on this matter
