Digitlogics — No Refund for Failed Bus Booking

I have not received the refund for the failed bus booking on 12th December, 2012. I asked my bank whether they received any refund and they said they have not. You(PayTm) gave a 21 day period of time but does that mean you will be refunding it on the last day of that period?? I can not understand the delay, I have booked a lot of tickets online from so many other websites and also failed whiled doing so, but the refund in their case was quick, in-fact the sites like travelyaari call you back if the booking fails, but in your case, it has been around 25 days since the failed booking incident and still no refund, if this is the case then how would a customer come back to your site if he has to wait rather struggle for so long to have his own money back. Please let me know when will I get my money back, if I ever will.

Transaction amount: Rs. 1350/-

And please dont tell me to mail you at your customer care email id because that i already did, not just once but mail mails, but there was no relply, except Some person named Ayushi saying we have taken your request in notice
