My courier (Tracking no# sf[protected] stuck with delhi international mail centre (Dimc) since 4 october, 2019 and dimc has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows i was not available during delivery but the fact is that india post has not even called me once regarding the delivery of my packet. Its been almost 2 months since the packet reached india via china post but to no avail... Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest! This is without prejudice!
