Dimension Data — not updating date of exit on online pf portal

I left dimension data 3 months back. But still hr has not mentioned date of exit in my pf portal. Due to which i am not able to withdraw my pf amount. I followed up many times but no response from their end. I have to withdraw my pf amount as i need it for medical treatment and i am not working from last 3 months. I prefer claiming it online as it is hassle free. But i am not getting any response from hr team of dimension data.
