I purchased a plot in Canton City, Moga, Punjab in 2008, paid the full amount, and received the registry. However, there has been no development on the project even after all these years. Despite repeatedly contacting Mr. Dimple Chadha—who, to my knowledge, resides in Punjabi Bagh, Delhi—I have only received assurances with no actual progress.
It is extremely distressing that buyers who invested their hard-earned money are still waiting for basic development. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and ensure justice for all affected plot owners.
