The landlord of the building has made a illegal office & flat by digging up the base of the building which is very risky from the building aspect as our building is very old. He is renting out the flat & also the office for dance & other activities in cash & not maintaining the building. The tenants of the building are paying for the maintenance of the building & various other basic facilities are being provided by the landlord after demanding lot of money. There are more than 4 hazardous cell & wifi towers on the terrace of the building which are built without the prior consent of any tenant. The landlords family is not staying in the building but the towers, illegal flat dug in the garage are all posing various threats to the current occupants of the building. The landlord has to be penalised for his illegal acts & all the towers should be removed & also the illegal flat should shut & filled & converted to garage as it was original before years.
