I have paid rs. 480 per month for the past 5 yrs to the pacl india ltd insurance company. They have assured to give back 49176 /-rs. after the completion of 5 years. I have also submitted the necessary documents to pacl ltd. But they havent yet provided me with the promised amount. My pacl policy registration no. Is U[protected]. My name is Dinesh Kumar and i belong to Jawali(Himachal Pardesh) .. Kindly take the necessary actions regarding this complaint they keep on telling methat they are shifing their hq.
