We have taken up the matter with the court. Our wedding happened on 1 st December 2021 and our videos and photos have not been delivered till now. We are sitting on 17 november 2023 and no-one has been delivering anything in the studios. We have come from Bangalore to Delhi specially for the delivery. We are waiting on the delivery for 2 years and have been continuously harassed mentally. Now we are registering a complaint on the customer redressal portal so that noone else has to suffer the same consequence. Was this information helpful? |
