I had ordered the Original Adivashi Neelgiri Herbal Oil through your platform (Order ID: #50855), which was delivered by Ekart Logistics. I paid an amount of Rs. 499.00 for this order.
However, the product I received is not what I had ordered. Instead, I was sent a shampoo and oil from a different company. I have attached images of the received products for your reference.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue by either:
Providing the original product that I ordered, or
Arranging for a return and refund of the incorrect product.
