Your Technician Mr M FAZIL KHAN-(M)[protected], took 5200 on 20th February without completing the work . I have two Bosch machines . One is repeatedly giving trouble since purchase .Till date I paid 20000 to your company. Several times reported to your customer service mr Rohit ( m) [protected].Every time he tells, he tells he will send technician . I did not get technician and I did not get receipt for my payment Rs 5200.
Yours is German Company should follow Business Ethics .
If I do not get response I willbe forced to go to consumer court and if I do not get receipt for money I paid to your technician Khan, I have no other option to lodge comlaint with Police about Khan Was this information helpful? |
