I have booked a order on order on Shophunk with the below details:
- DirecPay transaction reference number: [protected]
- Transaction booking date:[protected]:15:09
- Transaction amount: 699
- Transaction status: Transaction Failed
The above amount was debited to my account and when i come to know that transaction has failed, i approached them to refund my money.
The Directpay.com has not yet refunded the money and now asking me to approach the merchant.
