Discover Pilgrim has been sending unsolicited communications - emails and messages since I placed an order with them in October 2021.
I have continuously requested to be removed from all their communication since the last 8 months and always receive a "it takes 7-10 days to resolve this issue" response. From July 20 - Nov 16, 2022, I've gotten in touch with the customer support thrice and all three times they mentioned highlighting this to the technical team on priority and resolving the issue within 72 hours. Obviously, its not been done.
I have gotten in touch with them via WhatsApp and their customer support chat on their website. Still havent found a resolution for this.
Their website does not mention a phone number to get in touch with via calls. I have not been able to speak with someone at Pilgrim to resolve this issue. I have sent the proof of receiving communication to Pilgrim even though my number is registered for a DND service. Was this information helpful? |
