Respected Sir/Madam,

I, NARAYAN JENA, Customer ID – 2 [protected], Distributor Code – 19579710, under distributor name RAMA CHANDRA SUBUDHI, Puri – 752001, am submitting this serious and urgent complaint regarding repeated misconduct by the HP Gas delivery boy Mr. Gadadhar Sahoo (Mobile No: [protected]).

This is NOT a single incident. The same issue has happened multiple times. I do not know how many other customers are facing the same problem but I strongly believe many people may be suffering silently.

The issues are as follows:

1. The delivery boy does not deliver the LPG cylinder to my home. Instead, he calls and asks me to collect the cylinder from his house.
2. He demands Rs. 100 in cash every time as delivery charges, which is illegal and unauthorized.
3. He does not provide a proper bill or receipt.
4. Today I received a new booking message, even though I collected a cylinder just 3 days back. I do not know how booking was generated without my consent.
5. I tried contacting the distributor office, but nobody is responding or supporting.

LPG gas is not a luxury item. It is essential for cooking and daily life. It is directly connected to the livelihood and safety of families. Many people may not know how to complain or take action. I am raising this issue not only for myself but for the benefit of many customers in Puri who may be facing the same harassment.

This conduct is a serious violation of:

• LPG (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order
• Essential Commodities Act, 1955
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Unfair Trade Practice)
• IPC Sections 406 & 420 (if booking manipulation or cheating is involved)

Charging extra money, not delivering to the registered address, and not issuing bills are clear violations of Government and HP Gas rules.

I request immediate investigation and strict action against:

• Delivery boy – Mr. Gadadhar Sahoo
• Distributor – Rama Chandra Subudhi, Puri

If no strict action is taken within 7 days, I will be compelled to:

• File a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
• Submit complaint to District Supply Officer
• Approach Civil Court and Legal Authorities
• Escalate the matter to higher authorities and media if required

I have attached the screenshot of the recent booking message as proof.

Please treat this matter as urgent and take immediate corrective steps to protect customers in Puri.
