The Concerned officer without any proper responsibility taken Bribe Under YSR Jagananna Badugu Vikasam Policy Sanctioned Incentive by showing ungenuine files, the person don’t have proper income tax returns, gst and how do they can purchase Construction Equipments and Commercial Vehicles Under Standup India Policy and evidence source to pay the down payments and how do they repay. And these people are supporting & encouraging Benami and supported Financial Evasion persons and Tax Evasion persons.
The Above said Officers and the sanctioned list of Benami and there Financial Evasion persons and Tax Evasion persons has lot of Benami Houses and Cash with their relatives, Prawn Ponds, and as a estimated around 280 Crores of illegal money and Benami assets are there with concerned District Industries Staff and there Un Official Appointed Agents.
Hence, I request you sir to make File a Suo-motto Case on them and prosecute them with below said evidence source and justice to Genuine SC ST Entrepreneurs rather than Benami SC ST Persons.
