Diverse Lynx India Pvt. Ltd (Tcs) — after submission of documents and resignation diverse lynx india pvt. ltd revoked my offer letter

Hello,

This complaint i am writing against tcs and diverse lynx india pvt. Ltd. I got a call form diverse lynx india pvt. Ltd and they have schedule my telephonic interview and after few days i got another call from tcs and the technical person took my interview. Then few days later i got call form diverse lynx india pvt. Ltd and hr told me that you have selected for the process please submit your documents. After submitting the documents they told me to resign in my current company and send me the resignation mail copy and i asked her why you are asking me to resign still i don't have any confirmation. Then she forced me and told that tcs is asking for your resignation. Hr form diverse lynx india pvt. Ltd forced me to give resign and sent me a offer letter with joining date. And after few days she sent a mail that we can not deploy you on client location (Tcs) because your first company where i worked that is in blacklist for tcs.

I want to ask one question from tcs and diverse lynx india pvt ltd.

1) if company is in blacklist then where was my fault.
2) why tcs and diverse lynx india pvt ltd. Is asking for the resignation till they haven't confirm the job?
3) is diverse lynx really your hiring vendor?

I am totally disappointed and depressed just because of this diverse lynx india pvt ltd.

Please tell me that whatever you did it was right or wrong. You have just ruined my career.
