I had given my car duster for service today at divine auto tech private limited, the employee shobhit khanna in charge did not complete the service of my car as there was a failure of machinery and then after that he was forcefully telling me to sign everywhere on the bill so that the company is not held accountable and then after that he is physically threatening me that he will beat me up and also abusing me and my father in front of all the other employees. He also said that he will not give me my car if i do not sign on the bill and i will not be able to take my car back as well even if i call the police.
Highly disappointed with the behaviour, the threatening nature of the employees at the service station. This is improper conduct of the employee shobhit khanna. Even after all the other employees tried to take shobhit khanna away, he kept on abusing and physically threatened to hit me again and again.
I could not attach photo of the bill as the photo format is not recognised as a result i am writing down the invoice details.
