Complaint Details:
I was approached by Ms. Shivani from Divya Jeevan Health Care who promoted their weight loss product/service with the **guarantee of full refund** in case no weight loss was achieved within a promised period.
Based on this verbal and written assurance, I purchased the product/service on 2nd April and followed their instructions sincerely. However, there was **no significant weight loss** or result as claimed. When I contacted Ms. Shivani and the company to initiate my **refund as promised**, they **stopped responding and started ignoring my calls and messages**.
This is a clear case of misleading advertisement, breach of trust, and unfair trade practice. I feel cheated, mentally harassed, and financially scammed.
