I am registering this complaint against Fun Kingdom Jaipur (Divya Moti Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd.). I booked my tickets and paid the full amount of Rs 640 online. Due to an issue from their end, a refund was supposed to be processed. However, after taking the payment, the management has suddenly and unfairly changed their refund policy just to deny my rightful refund of Rs 640. Initially, they came up with unfair conditions of forcing me to visit offline and demanding my sensitive personal identity documents like Aadhaar Card and PAN Card for an online payment refund. Now, they are completely refusing the refund by altering their rules arbitrarily. This unilateral change in terms after a completed transaction is a clear deficiency in service, an illegal practice, and causes unnecessary harassment to consumers.
