Good morning sir
I, mrigank ralhan with note 5 (serial num-rz8g90e09ty) bought in jan 2016, i gave my phone to samsung service centre (dixon services, near flyover hotelpatiala, punjab), to solve my problem and they said they will replacing my motherboard, and in that process my screen got damaged and they will be replacing my screen free of cost but in that case i have to wait for 3 days i said ok. after 5 days i got my phone back
I started getting problem of getting on my call hold automaticaly due to proximity sensor problem, i revisited the centre again to solve the problem they said your problem is myth, it has no solution
I had visited more than 10 times, the service centre had embarrassed me a lot of times and want me to accept the phone is ok.
In that case i was not able to prove me right but i got a solution in my mind that when we compare the proximity sensor together by keeping the phone together whether the phone is working properly,
I concluded in this video and where i can prove them wrong so samsung please help me, i am feeling helpless and the service centre cheated on me and insulting me that i don’t know how to use the phone properly
