Diyabaati — wrong delivery and old products

I had ordered for a lengha and paid Rs 900 for it as it was COD. When I opened the parcel, i found that it was an old saree that I received so immediately I booked for a return and refund but till now I have not got any reply to either the mail I sent them nor have they taken the back the product or initiated a refund. I would like place a formal complaint on this website as it is indulging in fraudulent practice and duping consumers.
