I took up a online course called ansys, 4 months back i completed it in one month, i have been asking for my certificate of the course since 3 months and i still haven't got it, i have tried contacting them, they sometimrs lift the call and give a email i'd of theirs and later there is no response from them, i have contacted them numerous times but nothing seems to work out, please do the needful and get me the certificate.
