I have applied for my pf withdrawal on 15th april 2019 and submitted my pf form to dkm team directly and check with them on 24th april 2019 about the status of my application and i got response as the form is missing and not received by them. After the several followup customer support team confirmed that my form will be processed on or before 20th may which is more than 30days. I am suffering a lot because of this dkm poor management and poor customer service. Still the dkm not completed my request and i dont know when will i get my money. Was this information helpful? |
