We have 200 shares of dlf cement ltd company which we came to know been taken over by ambuja cement ltd. We have never received any intimations and dividend since[protected] the date on which our share were transferred. It’s responsibility of the company in our case m/s ambuja cement ltd to inform and guide the small share holders who don’t know much about share trading. They have neither gave dividends to us. We are senior citizens passing through tough life. Help is needed
