Today 26th Sept'26 @ 9:18PM we purchased (Abhiruch Mall-Dhayri Sinhagad Rd Pune -411041 )bread, Pickle, Dates, Chana, paperboat juice, we didnt had carry bag so we collected our stuff after billing we headed to billcheck counter where 2 ladies (extremely annoying, arrogant) ask us in offending way what is in the pocket of my daughers Jacket, she kept paperboat juice and chana, pickle, I kept bread and dates in my hand, bill was stamped and lady allowed us to go out other lady literally created panic situation "pocket madhe kaay aahe, with suspicious /offensive way", I called my daughter and removed these things kept on the table in front of another lady showed her which were reflecting in the bill, I raise issue to supervisor as both ladys not only insulted us but were talking too arrogantly and laughing at me instead o[censored]nderstanding the situation, floor incharge was the same, he told me madam you please go I am sorry on these ladies behalf but that sense of apology wasn't there plus they were making fun of me by laughing instead of genuine apology, need urgent action against these two ladies and floor incharge Was this information helpful? |
