Dmi Finanace — Wrong cibil update settled in my cibil record

Dear sir/madam,

i had availed one consumer loan through zest money (finance partner dmi finance)
loan account number : dmi[protected]

loan account successfully repaid with no dues but dmi finance update wrong cibil records "settled"
i keep following with them since 2023 to provide the resolution, they close the ticket without resolution

last 1 year i face lot of issue while availing loan from lenders bank rejected due to settled status

mental harassment done by dmi by not updating cibil records and remove settled status.

may i request to please raise a complaint against him and bring justice to this case.
