Loan ID DMI[protected]: Availed on 24-Apr-2021 EMI are Paid on-time and closed.
Loan ID DMI[protected]: This one is currently live which was availed on 17-Sep-2020, all the EMI are getting paid on-time.
Find the screenshots attached below where the fraud people have mentioned as overdue in the loan which was cleared by me long back, now they have made an issue with a genuine customer like me saying amount not paid.
Although i tried to reach them multiple times, those guys are being unresponsive and now they are cheating me saying to pay the amount of Rs 2, 056/- as an overdue.
I requested to arrange a callback by sending an email to them but this is not done till now.
Today I have replied them to send me the complete history and copy where exactly they have found the pending amount, without providing proper details nor without discussing this with the customer first how can they directly report it to the Cibil Bureau is my question.
First of all the basic ethics is to of intimate the customer or the person who has taken loan and if it is not cleared how did they provide new loan? In case if they are providing a new loan then the outstanding amount has to be deducted and remaining amount has to be credited to the person or the customer.
They didn't even discuss anything by calling me nor intimating me via email. This clearly shows how fraudulent they are, also they are not transparent with me and without discussing with me how can you directly blame me saying they have got that in their records. I have shared with you the photos of my loan history as of now which are pending and there is no dues showing for me when I login to their portal.
I need a true resolution for my query, please help me here with the same and do the needful.
