Dmire — not received a product taken the amount

Ordered two handbags worth rs 1226/- and paid in advance as its compulsory to buy a product but after this 3 months i didnt get my order and till one month its showing its on transit and after one month when i try to open the site its says no page found always. I lost my money i lost my trust towards online shop app at least to those who ask to submit money earlier
