I would like to highlight these long pending issues in which me & all other DNA connections from my society named Gokul Galaxy, Gokul Township, Virar West are facing like frequent disconnections, slow browsing & not working. Some months ago I visited your office with the same complaints & Anil Jadhav from your team had committed me saying that you are installing fibre optic network in my area & a device with it in each customers home after which all my problems will be solved but till date there is no progress & now when I call Anil Jadhav he not even attends calls.
One of your field engineer had suggested to me that for time being he can install fibre optic from the nearby building but for that one of the customer from our building will have to give power supply which is required & for that DNA will not pay since it will be limited to our building connections only. I believe it's DNA's responsibility being a service provider to resolve this issue by either paying the customer who voluntarily accepts to give power connection even if it's limited to any particular society or suggest any other way to enhance customer experience.
Please look into these issues on a priority basis as you know majority o[censored]s are working from home, children are studying online from home which requires uninterrupted internet connection at all times.

i reside at unitech westend complex virar. even i am facing the same issue. already raised the issue with dna infotel. but they are not accepting their faults. really giving very worst service in virar in terms of broadband connectivity.
recently i have upgraded my plans to 50mbps & now i am not getting even 1mbps plan. & i have made all advance payment towards for quaerterly plan.
really frustated for work from home guys. office applications are getting stuck very frquently due to slow download & upload speed.
