I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention that I Ishwar Singh Saini, resident of adjacent Plot No. 28A, Khasra No. 153, Naharpur Sector 7 Rohini, Delhi 110085 has been facing this issue on daily basis to take Continuous Smell and Bad Odour along with the air.

This all happens due to residential space allotted to a factory in our area where he continuously prepares the items which purely consist of commercial activity producing a lot of BAD ODOUR, HIGH HEAT and NOISE pollution.

Even the smell is too high to stay on our adjacent plot and heat causing us distress to be in our rooms as well. Breathing in fresh air is like a dream now, where we have to get the strong smell and bad odour on a continuous basis. In fact, this will be a residential area which is now converted to a commercial space creating ruckus in our day-to-day life without any proper approvals.

That space in which we are living has been created for my MOM as she is a HIGH DIABETIC and HEART PATIENT. But due to this she cannot even breathe freely under our own home. This will be a kiosk situation for us on a daily basis now.

Along with this email, I have attached the images taken for the factory as evidence and Local Complaint fine in Rohini North Police Station Sector 7 Rohini Delhi - 110085. Even they threaten us by saying "Jo Karna Hai Karlo Ye Nahi Hatega Yahn Se...".

I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this matter.
