Docswallet — Genuineness Certificate not acceptable in Dubai

I need a refund of the total amount paid to DocsWallet through Direct Verify website which was in the website of Mangalore University. https://mangaloreuniversity.directverify.in/student/#/

This certificate is not acceptable in Indian Consulate of Dubai and i have to pay the same fees again to apply iy through Consulate agency.

There is no response from [protected]@docswallet.com on emails and no contact number to call and check
