Doctor Pack India Pvt. Ltd., — Flight Cancellation & Refund of Ticket Fare

Dear Team,
I had booked a flight ticket in STAR AIR FLIGHT NO. S5-151 ON 10.10.25 from Bangalore to Hyderabad, PNR NO.X4MG7P. The flight was cancelled by the Star Air Company and I had not received the refund of my ticket fare. I have raised refund 3 times so for. I have not received any refund or any update on refund for the past 2 months. I am requesting you to refund the ticket fare immediately with interest till date for un-authorisingly holding my amount with you and to avoid litigation.
