Dog Bites — Dog menace

I am a resident of Mansarovar Garden D block 110015. There is ruckus in the area, there are about 4-5 groups comprising of 12-14 Stray dogs each, which aren’t just ferocious but also life threatening. Almost everyday there are cases of biting and attacking of the residents. It’s scary to even step out of the house. I just need this menace to be resolved in some manner. Kindly look into the issue and treat as urgent.
