Dog Catcher — Attack by Stray/Street Dogs- arrange Catch hold

My name is Amit Kashyap, it's being 2 month to shifted in House no. A53, 3rd Floor, Ashoka enclave part 2, Faridabad
In my area there are alot of street/stray dogs that are causing a unsafe environment
They are making the society dirty by spreading all the garbage in the society, they sit infront of our house doors making it dangerous and unsafe for residents, visitors and kids
They sit on top of our cars on the roof ( asset damage)
Kids play in our society which causes a risky and unsafe environment for them
They bark and howl all night long making noise pollution and disturbance in sleep as well.
Today, 1st April 2023, around 11:10 pm I was going to Mother's home from my current residence, I called Auto at my door steps, which took sometime meanwhile 4 to 5 stray/street came around me and start barking and chasing me 2 out of them attacked me some how I manged to call security guard and he helped me to escape from there.
Sir, it's my humble request that if you could arrange the dog catching van for these dogs. I have one small kid and I am afraid of these dogs.
Please do the needful.
