Dog Catcher — Increasing street dogs in my locality

This is to inform you that from few weeks dogs are rapidly increasing in my locality and they are trying to attack on people's as well.there are around 40 dogs in my locality and we all are suffering from fear, there is a hospital of dogs as well so they leave injured dogs.
Pl. Look into the matter as soon as possible
