Dog Nuisance — Stray dogs

There are around 20 stray dogs residing in my locality. It is very difficult to cross the street as these dogs' bark and also have bitten many people around. It is very dangerous to walk in this street especially during the nighttime. Any new member entering the street, be it a delivery person or someone face a lot of difficulty entering the street. Kindly take stringent action as I have complained many a times but have not received any action.
