Dogs Menace — street dog menace at alwal - opp lane of mother and child hospital.

Dear sir/mam,
We are the resident of alwal lane no 3, opp lane of mother and child hospital. There is small mirchi stall in this lane where they pamer a street dog, which is making unnecessary nuisance and just scaring the people and especially old walkers.. We have already said those stall people to tie the dog but they are not responsding. Please do some required action and make some sence in helping the people as soon as possible.. I kindly request you to take away those dogs.
