Sold Counterfeit Beaphar Pet Products – No Action Taken
I purchased the following pet supplements from Dogstar Pet Store, located at 3, Chander Lok, Pitampura, New Delhi – 110034.
Beaphar Top 10 Multivitamin Tablets – Batch No: 371579 – Mfg: 05/2023 – Exp: 03/2026
Beaphar Kalk Calcium Tablets – Batch No: 144748 – Mfg: 05/2023 – Exp: 04/2026
After verifying with Scientific Remedies Pvt. Ltd. (former distributor) and Modi Beaphar Pvt. Ltd. (current legal distributor), I was informed that:
The Kalk batch does not exist in records
The Top 10 batch is mismatched
The packaging used is inconsistent with genuine Beaphar products
This clearly indicates counterfeit products were sold. Despite my email dated 26th July 2025 and a follow-up phone call from the store promising a replacement, no action has been taken.
I have already raised complaints with:

Modi Beaphar Pvt. Ltd.
