These people are well organised cheaters. They promise to train a specialized tool and place you in MNC and charge you ~1.35lakhs in various schemes of payment.

Once you are in, then first they will train basics in windows/linux/networking which is totally bookish(you don't need someone to train those basics) and send you to walkins posted in job portals. If you are selected you have to pay them such a big amount which...
