Dombivli Auto-Rickshaws — Rickshaw drivers smoking freely, open burning wood/garbage and urinating near educational institutes in Dombivli East

Rickshaw drivers are openly threating the residence of our building and telling us to do whatever we want to and that they won't stop even when repeatedly asked to they're smoking cigarettes and burning wood alongside garbage near our house which is next to two schools.
They even challenged us the even official authorities can't do anything and told us to lodge a complaint and that it would be pointless.
Please Kindly do something about this issue as they are even violating the rickshaw stand limit.
