I made a UPI payment on 30/03/2026 after seeing a cashback offer displayed on the Domino’s app. Based on this offer, I completed the transaction using ABCD UPI.
However, ABCD is now denying that any such offer existed and has refused to provide cashback. I have shared screenshot proof of the offer being displayed at the time of transaction.
I have contacted both ABCD and Domino’s support. ABCD has given conflicting responses, and Domino’s has not responded at all.
This appears to be a case of misleading promotion or lack of coordination between partners, for which the customer should not be penalized.
I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and direct the entity to resolve the issue and honor the offer. Was this information helpful? |
