Don Bosco Iti — My rediff mail is hacked and being misused

[protected]@rediffmail.com is my mail id. A month ago, it was hacked and the hacker changed the credentials, including the phone number and the secondary email. Now he or she is using my account trying to contact all my friends and request for money in my name. Some important documents stored in my email like the soft copy of my passport is also being misused. I was trying to recover the mail through the Rediff site, but there is no provision to recover the account without the phone number and secondary email. I want to recover my email, since I have some confidential documents stored in there. Please help me to recover it.
