I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd., located at K1/102, First Floor, Near SR Uniforms, CR Park, New Delhi – 110019, for engaging in fraudulent activities that have resulted in financial loss and emotional distress.
Details of the Incident:
Initial Contact: I was approached by a representative of Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd., who promised lucrative job opportunities abroad, including positions in Australia, Saudi Arabia, Denmark, and Canada.
Eligibility Check Payment: I was instructed to pay ₹4, 000 plus tax for an eligibility check for one country, which I duly paid. Subsequently, I received a fabricated report, allegedly assessing my eligibility, which appeared to be internally generated by their team.
Further Financial Demands: Despite the initial payment, I was asked to remit additional funds for visa processing, job placement, and other purported services. These payments amounted to a significant sum, yet no tangible results or genuine job opportunities were provided.
Misrepresentation of Company Age: Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd. claims to have been in operation for over eight years. However, upon verification, I discovered that the company was registered only on March 9, 2022, indicating a deliberate attempt to mislead clients about their experience and credibility.
Lack of Transparency and Communication: Attempts to contact the company for updates on my application were met with evasive responses and a lack of transparency, further exacerbating my concerns.
Request for Action:
Given the severity of the situation, I respectfully request the following actions:
Investigation: A thorough investigation into the activities of Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd. to ascertain the extent of their fraudulent practices.
Refund: A full refund of all monies paid to Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd., as the services promised were not rendered.
Awareness: Public dissemination of this complaint to warn other potential victims of similar fraudulent schemes.
Legal Action: Initiation of legal proceedings against Donivia Overseas Pvt. Ltd. for breach of trust, financial exploitation, and any other applicable offenses.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including payment receipts, communications, and the fabricated eligibility report, to support my claims.
I trust that the Ministry of External Affairs will take prompt and decisive action to address this matter and prevent further exploitation of innocent individuals seeking legitimate employment opportunities abroad.
