I recently placed an order with dot and key company on 16 Mar 25 and my order number is 2666358. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that only one product ( super bright moisturizer) was delivered, while ceramide night repair is missing. I have paid for both the products in advance.
I have checked my order details and confirmed that I was charged for both items. I kindly request an update on the status of the missing product. If it has not been shipped yet, please provide an estimated delivery date. If it is unavailable, I would appreciate a full refund for the missing item.
