Dotin Infotech — Dotin Infotech Not refunding the Payment

I tried to book the train ticket through Dotininfotech, adiyakkamangalam, Thriuvarur and one Mr:Abdul Majeed has got the payment from us. He said Amount of Rs 2236.52 was deducted from his account, but due to non available of seat service was not rendered and received SMS that amount Rs 2190 will be refunded and he said he is not able to refund the money because irctc has deducted and he showed me a message which confirms that it has been deducted before 2 days itself. He is threatening us and complaining that its not possible to refund.I still don’t know the concept why he is doing like this and I caught fight with him like a rogue since he often uses abusive language even though he knows I am elder citizen. Authorities do something atleast to save some other uneducated people

if we are a fraud as said why do we share our company details with address and contact in online. Like fraud SANDEEP we would have been hide all details. We run a B.P.O center and we had got a fake projects from "Salem company" named "CUSTOMER Support Service". They are a fraud and main person who was in that company is "Sandeep". Because of this fraud i had been lost all my investment with this ###. so i made a review on online about him and his company. so that he has lost many so candidates after they look my post. so that he make fake id's and posting like this on every site. if you want you can also do field verification for my company. but before that get a documents from that complaint id person regarding my company.
