Dot&key — Repeated inconvenience. Recieved wrong products

I recieved wrong products. Immediately reached out to the support system of Dot &Key. In return she asked me to fill up a Google form which included the information about the wrong products and the right products along with clear images of the package and receipt. They said it'll take 3-4 buisness days for the courier person to reach. After 4 days there was no sign of the courier person so I reached out to them again this time they didn't responded to the call I made. The phone number was unreachable. So I mailed them . They again turned up things and asked me to wait for 7 buisness days for the replacement. It's now been 12 days since I recieved the wrong package. And they don't give genuine answers and keep asking for the images and unboxing video which I've already provided.
Now I just want my refund. Please help. It's worth Rs.950 and none of the item is what I place an order for.
